Ingredients
12oz fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 bottle Bachan's Yuzu Citrus Japanese BBQ Sauce
Cilantro and Lime Wedges
Method
1. Thinly slice shiitake (about 3oz worth per kebab. We made 4 kebabs, using 12oz)
2. Marinate sliced shiitake in Bachan's Yuzu Citrus Japanese BBQ Sauce (marinate for at least 20 minutes, or make ahead and marinate in the fridge for up to 12 hours)
3. Skewer the mushrooms
4. Heat grill
4. Grill until cooked throughly, about 30 minutes, rotating every 10 minutes
5. Remove from grill and drizzle skewers with additional Yuzu Citrus BBQ Sauce
6. Garnish with cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice
