Morning Claws: Lion's Mane Green Tea

Morning Claws is a caffeinated blend of Gunpowder Green Tea and Lion’s Mane mushrooms to help you start your morning right. The flavor is bright and invigorating with the addition of lemongrass and tulsi. Lion’s Mane is prized for the hericenones and erinacines compounds it contains that have been shown to stimulate nerve growth factor and support brain function. 

To Brew: 

Add 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water. Ideal water temperature is 160-180F. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy as is, or add a squeeze of fresh lemon, honey, or a splash of your favorite milk. You can re brew several times.
